limited mobility yoga

This slower paced class is ideal for seniors or people with injury's or limited mobility who want to keep moving- gentle stretching- usage of chairs -straps and other props to better access the pose safely and with support.

This style of yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch muscles, reduce pain and stress, while improving circulation. It reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.

Please dress comfortably and bring your own water- all other supplies will be provided.
