This class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday during the week, a morning can be a vigorous yoga class enhancing endurance, strength and flexibility, synchronizing movement with breath. The pace of the class is determined by the students suggestions and ability but builds heat through a sustained practice of Sun Salutations. The class begins with seated breath and meditation followed with static poses that round out the practice before rest. This class is only a 45 minute class great for the busy back to school schedules!!
