Seniors only Yoga

If you are a senior, and are interested in trying yoga, I’d suggest starting with a Gentle or Senior's yoga class right here at Mountain Charisma Yoga its a slow paced relaxing class at a discounted price! This class for students 60 and older, will help you increase your strength, balance and over all sense of well being through supported postures, breath work, and meditation. This class will help improve your balance and strength and leave you feeling more centered and stable.
