This gentle yet energizing class weaves together the mindful stillness of Hatha yoga with the fluid grace of Vinyasa. Designed to support beginners and those seeking a deeper spiritual connection, each session begins with grounding breathwork and intention setting, then moves into accessible flowing sequences that honor the rhythm of your breath and body. The class closes with calming stretches, guided relaxation, and a moment for inner reflection or meditation.
These classes are scheduled in advance and can have a waitlist... please register to assure you will be in attendance. Remember to bring your own mat if you have one.... we have limited mats to offer at the studio. Cost is $15.00
